I bought a soap dispenser from Zara Home expecting high quality, but I was completely let down. What started as a sleek bathroom accessory quickly turned into a rust-covered, barely functioning dispenser. It no longer pumps soap properly, and the finish is completely ruined. I chose Zara Home precisely because I assumed their products would be durable and reliable—but clearly, I was mistaken.

I reached out to their customer service to retrieve my receipt so I could return the product to the store. I purchased it back in January and asked for a copy of the invoice. Despite sharing my bank statement and the transaction reference code, they claimed there was “no such transaction” in their system and never followed up. Meanwhile, the ₺1,620 charge is clearly visible on my bank records.

I’m trying to exercise my consumer rights to have the product inspected, but Zara Home is stonewalling me by refusing to provide documentation they’re legally obligated to send. Their customer service is dismissive and irresponsible. I demand they issue my invoice immediately and take accountability for the defective product. I’ve also reported this incident to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
