Defective Soap Dispenser from Zara Home—No Support for Exchange

I purchased a liquid soap dispenser from Zara Home, but it turned out to be faulty. The pump nozzle does not work, making it completely unusable.
Unfortunately, during my recent move, I misplaced the receipt. When I took the defective product back to the store, they refused to exchange it, even though it was clearly a manufacturing defect. Instead of providing a simple replacement, they sent me on a wild goose chase, telling me to email different departments and call various numbers. The phone number they provided was international, and since my phone plan doesn’t allow international calls, I am stuck without a solution.
To make matters worse, out of the five items I bought from Zara Home, three turned out to be faulty. I demand an immediate exchange for this defective product. Zara Home, start taking responsibility for your low-quality items!
