How to Get Refund for Missing Item in Zara Home Online Order
On August 25, 2025, I placed an order through Zara Home’s online store (Order No: 80098020073). However, the placemat included in my order has still not been delivered. Since my order was incomplete, I contacted Zara Home customer service, and they informed me that a case had been opened regarding the issue. Yet, weeks have passed, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution.
I request a refund for the missing placemat, which was supposed to be picked up from the Akmerkez Zara Home store. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
