The item was delivered on July 23, but upon unboxing, the promised gift bag was missing from inside my package. I specifically chose to purchase this product because of the promotional gift bag campaign.

Despite the campaign page for order 11435528489 clearly displaying the promotional gift bag, I have been left wronged by the failure to deliver my gift. My complete order details are recorded thoroughly within the Trendyol system.
