Include clear photos of the stained garment and bottle, the batch code and your purchase receipt, and explain that the perfume caused visible damage.
If YSL or the retailer insists the product is fine, ask them to investigate quality and liability — many brands will offer a refund, replacement, or compensation for cleaning/damage when you provide strong evidence.
If that fails, consider escalating the issue by filing a complaint on Xolvie.
