YoHo Won't Let Me Transfer to a Turkish Agency
I use a publisher account on the YoHo app. Because I created my account while I was outside of Türkiye, my account was assigned the wrong region, and I was automatically placed under an Arabic agency. As a result, I cannot use my account as a Türkiye-based publisher or join the Turkish agency I want because my account is still associated with the incorrect agency.
This issue has continued for more than a month. I have contacted my current agency multiple times by email and have also reported the problem through YoHo's official support and feedback channels. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that YoHo correct my current agency assignment and update my account to the appropriate region for Türkiye. I also ask that I be allowed to transfer to the Turkish agency of my choice so I can continue using my publisher account under the correct region and agency.
