I placed an online order from Mevlana Pide & Lahmacun at Adnan Kahveci Sk. 41A on 14 August at around 03:40. On the information screen of the platform, the restaurant is shown as open until 04:30, so I placed my order accordingly. However, my order with number #wg07-2633-w8s0 was cancelled and I received a refund, even though it was still within the stated opening hours. This situation caused inconvenience and wasted my time, and the information shown on the platform is clearly misleading for customers. I request that the restaurant’s closing time be corrected to reflect the actual hours, and that I receive an apology for this misleading information and the inconvenience caused.
