On 25.04.2025, the order I placed via Yemeksepeti at 22:13 was supposed to be delivered by the Yemeksepeti courier at 22:30. I confirmed this during my conversation with the restaurant, but the courier behaved contrary to the expected route and timing. I monitored the courier’s movement through the live route feature and saw that the delivery was not made until after 23:00. I had ordered the food for my 12-year-old brother, and because of Yemeksepeti's poor service, he went to bed hungry, and my family had to endure the courier’s disrespectful attitude. The products that eventually arrived were cold and crushed. In this situation, I requested a refund through live support but was told that a refund was not possible due to system limitations. Instead, they offered a coupon in a way that felt almost mocking. If this situation is not properly resolved, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter to higher authorities. After using Yemeksepeti for years, I now truly regret trusting them.
