Yapi Kredi Bank Yearly Card Fee Must Be Canceled, It's Unlawful

I am a pensioner and a customer of your bank. During the process of moving my pension to Yap Kredi Bank, I was told that I would not have to pay a yearly fee for my credit card. On the other hand, my credit card ending in 0833 has been charged a 404.50 TL annual fee on my account balance from June 28, 2023. I want this fee to be taken off my bill. This fee is not going to be paid by me. I'm asking for this fee to be canceled in line with the law and without any extra conditions, as explained below. Article 31, paragraph 3, of the Consumer Law, dated May 28, 2014, says: "Issuing organizations are required to give consumers a type of credit card that doesn't charge an annual membership fee or something similar under a different name." Also, according to Law No. 4822 and amendments to Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers, Article 6 on "Unfair Terms in Contracts" says that the membership fee your bank is charging you is unfair because it has nothing to do with the service they provide and is part of a standard contract that can't be changed. Based on the ruling of the 13th Civil Chamber in decision number 2011/4736 and file number 2011/11579, as well as the final verdict in accordance with Article 125 of the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Supreme Court of Appeals decision number 2010/1-93-88, it has been decided that both future and past annual card fees will be refunded. So, I want all of the membership fees that have already been paid back. I hope that the right steps will be taken so that all of the membership fees received will be sent back to me.
