Yapı Kredi Bank charged an unfair annual credit card fee, Request Refund

I am a Yapı Kredi standard Worldcard holder and on 28.07.2026 a 1,107.00 TL “annual card fee” was charged to my credit card. I find this fee unfair and I do not accept it. After noticing the charge, I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service and requested that the fee be fully refunded to my card. However, I was informed that only 75% of the amount could be refunded. I request that the entire 1,107.00 TL annual card fee be refunded to my card without any conditions and that this unjustified charge be cancelled.
