Yapi Kredi Bank Annual Fee Problem
An annual membership fee was charged to my Yapı Kredi Platinum Worldcard on May 9, 2026, without proper prior notification. I find this practice unfair and not customer-oriented, especially considering that I have been actively using this card for a long time and have now decided to cancel my credit card due to this fee policy. I do not find it reasonable to be charged such a high annual fee under these circumstances and I was not offered a satisfactory solution or refund when I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service. Because the fee was charged without clear prior information and no fair resolution was provided despite my objection, I ultimately chose to close my credit card. I request the full refund of the annual card fee that was deducted from my account and kindly ask Yapı Kredi to resolve this issue promptly and prevent further customer dissatisfaction.
