Yandex Go Charged Extra And Made Unauthorized Withdrawals After Ride

On November 3, 2025, at around 17:41, I took a trip using the Yandex Go app with the “Economy” vehicle option from Optimum Mall to Starbucks in Buca Tınaztepe. Before the trip began, the app showed an estimated fare of ₺301, but by the end of the ride, the fare had increased to ₺368, and the driver charged me ₺408. Additionally, two more unauthorized transactions of ₺150 and ₺218 were withdrawn from my account. I have three separate receipts for these charges. I contacted Yandex Go customer service both yesterday and today about this overcharge. In both calls, I was told a refund would be issued shortly, but no refund has been made to my account so far. Since I paid for the trip using my bank card, I request that the excess charges be calculated and refunded to me. I have the related order details and receipts available and can provide them if necessary.
