Okey Yalla Refund Sent to My Closed Bank Account Goes Missing

While playing on my "Ali Cengiz" account in the Okey Yalla app, I'm unable to receive my refund from a canceled payment because it was deposited into my TEB (Türk Ekonomi Bankası) account, which I had already closed. I received messages on April 19 and April 20 confirming that my refund had been processed, but since that bank account is closed, the money never reached me. The refund in question is approximately $171.
When I went to my TEB branch about this, I was told I needed to contact the company that processed the refund and provide them with my new IBAN number so the payment could be redirected to my active account. However, I haven't been able to reach Okey Yalla in any way — not through the app or otherwise — so with no one to talk to, my money is stuck in a closed account, and I'm still dealing with this problem.
I'm requesting that Okey Yalla resend my refund — currently sitting in the closed account — to my active IBAN account, following TEB's guidance, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
