Xsolla Has Not Refunded My $4 Marvel Future Fight Purchase

I purchased a crystal package worth $4 in the Marvel Future Fight game through Xsolla. The transaction was processed through Netmarble’s payment system on September 8, 2026, using my Ziraat Bank debit card. However, I received a message on the payment screen stating, “Payment failed. Your money will be refunded within 10 days.” Despite this, 15 days have passed and I still have not received the refund in my account.

During this process, I contacted both Xsolla and Netmarble Support separately, but I have not received a concrete resolution. The money was neither credited to the game nor returned to my card. The Netmarble transaction number is #2147440887.

To resolve this issue, I request that the $4 payment be refunded to my Ziraat Bank account without further delay.
