Xsolla Charged $104 but Never Added My Total Football Balance

About three hours ago, I made two purchases of TF worth approximately $52 each for the Total Football game through Xsolla. Although a total of $104 was charged to my card, the TF balance I purchased was never credited to my game account. The payment appears to have been completed successfully, but my in-game balance has not increased at all.

My username/ID on my Total Football account is a128cqr9. Since I believe the issue may be related to Xsolla, I contacted them by email, but I have not received any response so far.

I request that the TF balance corresponding to the total $104 charged to my card be credited to my game account immediately, or that the full amount be refunded to me. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
