XM Withdrawal Not Received After International Bank Transfer

On April 9, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $122 from my XM account via international bank wire to my bank account in Lesotho. As of today, three business days have passed, and the funds have still not been credited to my account.

I contacted XM customer support regarding this missing withdrawal and was informed that they are checking the issue. However, despite this response, I have not received any clear update or resolution, and the money is still not available in my bank account.

I request that XM immediately ensure the transfer of the $122 to my bank account without any further delay and provide a clear confirmation once the transaction has been successfully completed.
