XM MT5 Withdrawal Delay for 246 USDT Despite Processed Status

I am using an XM MT5 account and requested a withdrawal of 246 USDT on April 7, 2026, to my ICICI Bank account in India. In the XM application, the transaction status has been showing as “processed” since that date, but I still have not received the funds in my bank account, even though 7 days have already passed.

I contacted XM customer support regarding this issue and was informed that withdrawals are typically completed within 2–5 working days. Despite this assurance and the transaction status being marked as processed, there has been no credit to my bank account so far.

I request that my 246 USDT be urgently transferred to my ICICI Bank account or returned to my XM trading account without any further delay. I also expect a clear and detailed update regarding the current status of this transaction.
