XM Global Withdrawal Approved But Not Received In Bank

I requested a withdrawal of approximately 100 USD from my XM Global account on 04/01/2026 via wire bank transfer from Saudi Arabia to my D360 Bank account. Although the withdrawal was approved on my side, the money has still not been received in my bank account. I contacted XM Global support about this issue, but I have not received any reply or explanation from them until now. This situation is causing me serious concern, as it has already been a long time since my withdrawal request and there is no information about where my funds are. I request that my 100 USD withdrawal be immediately credited to my D360 Bank account, and that XM Global provide a clear explanation for the delay in processing this transaction.
