XM Withdrawal Pending 48 Hours
I am writing regarding a delayed withdrawal from my XM trading account that has been pending for 48 hours without any clear response from your side. On 17/03/2026 at 11:40:44, I requested a withdrawal of USD 2,600 via online bank transfer to my First National Bank account in Namibia. On the same day, I successfully withdrew USD 40 from the same XM account to the same bank, so I know that the details are correct. Despite this, the USD 2,600 withdrawal has remained pending for two days, and I still have not received the funds in my bank account. I contacted your live chat support, and I was told to send an email to XM support. I have done so, but my emails are not being answered, and no explanation, update, or time frame has been provided regarding my money. I request that this withdrawal be processed to my First National Bank account as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear, detailed explanation for the delay and an exact date by which the funds will reach my account. I also expect a response to my emails and an improvement in communication, as having such a large amount pending without information is very stressful and unacceptable for a financial service.
