XM Global Failed to Credit $575 Bank Transfer for Over a Week

On December 31, 2025, I made a bank transfer of $575 USD to XM Global through Akbank online banking. Even though I have the official transaction receipt, the amount has not been credited to my XM Global account, and I have been left in this situation for over a week.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted XM Global, and I was told that the transaction was under review. However, despite the time that has passed, no concrete result has been provided, and my issue has not been resolved. I cannot access the funds I sent, and I am also unable to carry out the investments I had planned.

I am requesting that the $575 USD I transferred be credited to my account immediately or refunded to me, and that this issue be resolved urgently.
