UPI Payment Not Credited To XM Account

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a deposit to my XM trading account. On 10.03.2026, I transferred an amount of 80,000 INR via UPI from my ICICI account to XM. The funds have neither been credited to my XM trading account nor refunded back to my bank account. The transaction was made for my trading account registered under the name Hemendra Singh Chauhan. The relevant details are as follows: my account number is 321664582 and the UTR number of the transaction is 643529712499. Despite several requests and following up, I have only been told to “report the enquiry,” and there has been no concrete response or resolution from your side. I request that the 80,000 INR be immediately credited to my XM trading account without any further delay, or that you urgently investigate this transaction and resolve the issue as a priority. I expect a clear update and confirmation once the amount has been successfully credited.
