Xiaomi Sold Me Redmi Note 13 Pro With Faulty SIM
I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro phone as a brand-new device from the Vodafone dealer in Muğla city center on 06.01.2025. From the first day I bought the device, the second SIM card slot has not been working. The second SIM does not function at all, and I have not been able to use the dual SIM feature since the day of purchase. After noticing the problem, I contacted Xiaomi customer service and explained the situation. Following their guidance, I sent my phone to the Evofone İzmir technical service. As a result of the examination, I was informed that there was a motherboard failure and I was asked to pay ₺11,750 as a repair fee. Since this fault has existed from the date of purchase and the device was sold to me as brand new, I do not accept being charged such a high repair fee for a motherboard failure that appeared from day one. I request that my device be repaired free of charge under warranty or that it be replaced with a new device without any additional cost.
