Xiaomi Smart Cleaning Robot Malfunction

I spent 5,000 TL on a Xiaomi smart cleaning robot on March 21, 2022, at Trump Tower Mall Media Markt. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned after only 8 months of use, and I had to take it to the service center. Despite the fact that the product had a 3-year warranty, the service center demanded payment, claiming that it was due to user error. I live alone in a modest 60-square-meter house, so how could I have done so much damage in only 8 months? I'm very upset and need your help. Please repair or replace the robot as soon as possible. I expected better service and support as a returning customer. This entire experience has been disappointing, and I hope Media Markt resolves the problem quickly and honors their warranty commitment.
