Xiaomi Lydsto H1 10000 Pa Cordless Mini Handheld and Car Vacuum Not Working

I bought a Lydsto H1 10000 Pa Cordless Mini Handheld and Car Vacuum. On the very first day, it turned out to be faulty. We sent it to the service center, and they claimed there was a software issue, so they updated it. It came back to me, but it's still unreliable—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I sent it back to the service center, they said there's nothing wrong, and returned it to me. I recorded a video, sent it again, and they still insist there's no issue. They simply refuse to stand behind the product. We want to return it, but they won't facilitate that. I'm left with no choice but to escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
