I just bought my Xiaomi 13T phone. Incoming calls via social media (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) do not land on either the lock screen or the home screen. The phone is ringing but it is not clear where it is coming from. When the call ends, an icon appears on the application (whichever application the call came from) and a notification appears in the top left. I want the problem to be solved immediately! It's surprising that such a problem exists on a newly purchased phone!
