Redmi Note 13 Back Cover Cracked Due to Battery Swelling Issue

After about 9 months of use, the back cover of my Redmi Note 13 phone, which I purchased from Xiaomi Türkiye, developed cracks on its own. Although the device had never been dropped or subjected to any impact, I sent it to the authorized service center as soon as I noticed the issue so it could be handled under warranty. After their inspection, the service stated that the battery had swollen and that this issue is known to occur with this model. Despite this, they demanded ₺2,293 for the back cover replacement and refused to process it under warranty. Even though the damage was clearly caused by battery swelling, and despite acknowledging that it is both a safety risk and a chronic issue with the model, I do not accept being charged for it. My device, which I sent from Osmaniye Center, has now been returned to me, and since no replacement device was provided, I am forced to continue using it in this condition. I do not want to be victimized because of such a serious defect as battery swelling. Therefore, instead of dealing with partial repairs such as replacing the back cover and battery, I am requesting that my device be replaced with a brand-new one.
