How Can I Refund "Dredge - Digital Deluxe Edition" on Microsoft Xbox Website

I purchased the "Dredge - Digital Deluxe Edition" game through the Microsoft Xbox website (Order Number: 8484871939, Purchase Date: December 1, 2024). Despite meeting the refund criteria of returning within 14 days and playing less than 10 hours, my refund request was denied.

I played the game for only 2 hours, decided I didn’t like it, and submitted a refund request on the third day. However, on the sixth day, I received an email stating, "Refunds are not permitted for consumed digital game products." This directly contradicts the stated refund policy.

I expect Microsoft to honor its refund policy and process my refund promptly. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
