Xbox Series S Refund Denied Despite Immediate Return Request
As an Xbox Series S user, I attempted to return my purchase the same day I bought it, only to be informed that I’m limited to a set number of refunds per year. This restriction is baffling. If a product is defective, missing components, or simply doesn’t meet my expectations, isn’t the standard 14-day return policy or a specific usage time enough to warrant a refund? Why are there unnecessary limits on refunds when we’re free to make unlimited purchases?
I’m urgently requesting a resolution to this issue, as I don’t believe it’s fair to limit refunds in this way. I want to return my product without this arbitrary restriction getting in the way. Please address this concern promptly.
