Unable to Play Call of Duty on Xbox After Purchase – Refund Request Denied
I purchased the digital standard edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare through my Xbox console, but the game never worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, but it still wouldn’t open. Frustrated, I requested a refund for the game, but my request was denied because they claimed I had exceeded the refund period. I find this extremely unfair, as I couldn’t even play the game once. I expect this issue to be resolved and my refund processed immediately. This situation has caused me significant frustration, and I urge Xbox to address it promptly.
