1000 Apex Legends Coins Purchase Not Delivered – Microsoft Refund Still Pending
On 14.10.2024, I purchased 1000 Apex Legends coins for ₺339.99 through Microsoft. However, I never received the code in my email, nor was it credited to my in-game account. I requested a refund the same day, and I was told the amount would be refunded within 72 hours. It has been much longer, and no refund has been issued.
I’ve contacted Microsoft support multiple times, but no one has responded. My order number is 7998822203. Please resolve this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.
