Mobile Legends Charged ₺290 Twice But Balance Was Not Loaded

On August 29, 2024, I attempted to top up balance in Mobile Legends using my Ziraat Bank card ending in 7679. I tried the transaction twice, and both times the money was deducted from my account—a total of ₺290—yet I received an “transaction declined” error, and the balance was never added to my game account. My Mobile Legends ID is 770132193 (4274).

I contacted customer service and spoke with Ms. M****, who only told me that the payment would be refunded within 1–8 days. However, no proper action was taken, and no investigation or follow-up was initiated. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and it has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

I demand that the ₺290 be refunded to my bank card immediately without further delay. Customers should not have to wait indefinitely or struggle to get their own money back for a failed in-game purchase. Mobile Legends must take responsibility, resolve this payment issue quickly, and ensure it does not happen again.
