Unjust Suspension of Premium X Account Without Service or Response
I purchased a Premium subscription on the X platform and paid the full annual fee upfront. However, immediately after completing the purchase, my account was suspended. I do not understand the reason for the suspension. I checked all platform guidelines before making the purchase and am confident that I did not violate any rules. I followed the protocols outlined on the platform to submit an appeal, but I have neither received a response nor been informed of the reason behind the suspension. The lack of communication has left me feeling completely ignored as a customer. I am not receiving the service I paid for, and I would like to formally file a complaint against the brand.
