Threat And Insult Via X And X Made Nothing

I am writing to file a serious complaint about a security and safety issue I experienced on X (formerly Twitter) in Turkey. Yesterday around midnight, a user on the platform threatened, insulted, and directly targeted me and my little boy. The language used was clearly abusive and intimidating and has caused us serious distress. I have also taken screenshots of these messages and posts as evidence. After this incident, I tried to report the user and the content through the in‑app complaint and reporting tools, but the application constantly gave an error and did not allow me to complete my complaint. Because of this technical problem, I was unable to properly use X’s own security and reporting mechanisms at the very moment I needed them most. I have also submitted my complaint to my local complaint services due to the seriousness of the situation. I urgently request that the account responsible for these threats and insults against me and my child be permanently suspended and that the abusive content be removed. I also expect X to fix the error in the complaint and reporting system so that users can report such serious violations without obstruction. I ask for this matter to be investigated as a priority and for a clear response and action to be taken as soon as possible.
