You may not have canceled WW IQ Test in time if they kept billing you after you told them not to.
Their subscription policy says that withdrawals must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date in order to avoid being charged.
To stop being charged again, go to your IQ Booster account and cancel the contract there.

When you contact them, be sure to include information about your account and a clear description of the problem. For future use, it's a good idea to keep copies of all messages.
If you don't hear back from them in a few days, check your spam folder; their answers may be hidden there.
