I Face Unexpected Payment Request After Completing WW IQ Test
I recently completed the WW IQ Test Zeka Testi, where I was presented with 22 questions and given 20 minutes to finish. After completing the test and eagerly waiting to see my results, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment to view the outcome. At no point before or during the test was there any clear mention that accessing the results would require a fee. This lack of transparency is highly misleading and feels like a deceptive practice to lure users in and then charge them unexpectedly.
I felt frustrated and deceived by this experience. I had invested my time and effort sincerely in the test, only to be met with an unexpected financial demand. This not only caused financial inconvenience but also emotional disappointment, as I believed I was participating in a free and educational activity.
I kindly request that WW IQ Test immediately disclose all fees upfront before users take the test, and provide my test results without further charge. If paid access is mandatory, this should be communicated clearly from the start, not after the user has already completed the process.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and request that you revise your business practices to ensure transparency for all future users.
