The word "incompetence" best describes WorldTrips Travel Insurance completely. Because they refused to cover any costs associated with my father's emergency medical care, we were left to shoulder the responsibility on our own. They enjoyed the money while we’re going through hell. Their justification of "pre-existing conditions" was not only without foundation but also heartless. This business takes advantage of customers who are unaware of their predicament and should be avoided at all costs. My advice of course is to stay away, I wish someone had warned me too!
