I tried to look for a way to contact customer support within the app and on your channels, but I could not find any clear contact details, so I have been unable to resolve the problem directly with you. I request that my WorldRemit account be urgently reviewed and reactivated so that I can use your service again and send my money without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was deactivated and assurance that this will not happen again without proper communication.
