I made an international bank transfer via WorldRemit to Mexico, and on 23 January 2026, this transaction was cancelled by WorldRemit. The transfer is linked to transaction number 441012366. After the cancellation, the money has not been returned to my bank account, even though I urgently need these funds. I contacted WorldRemit customer service, but the agent was not able to help me properly or provide a clear solution regarding when and how I would receive my money back. Because I do not have a financial buffer in my bank account, this situation is putting me in a very difficult position, as I need to send this money by another method as soon as possible.
