Woolworths Didn't Apply My 10% Everyday Rewards Discount for Online Grocery Delivery

October 11, 2024 9:18 AM36

Woolworths's Everyday Rewards scheme recently caused me a frustrating encounter. Once a month, they offered a 10% grocery discount; yet, when I tried to use this offer for an online order with delivery, it was not credited. I had to order online since I was physically unable to shop in-store and paid more than I had anticipated as someone recovering from surgery. Woolworths is punishing consumers with mobility problems who cannot personally visit the store, which feels discriminatory. It's disheartening that such a big business would overlook the needs of consumers with physical disabilities and cause internet purchasing to be more costly for those most dependent on it. Woolworths should take quick care of this problem.
