Regarding my Everyday Rewards card, Woolworths has lately caused me a frustrating problem. My card went unlinked from my Woolworths account out of the blue, and I have not been able to re-link it. Every time I try, I get the error message, "Sorry, we cannot link your Rewards card right now. Either try once more later or call Customer Support. Yesterday I spent hours attempting to get assistance from customer service, but at best the help was ineffective. I so missed my 10% discount for this month even though I received an email saying it was available. This problem made me buy the very minimal, just a quarter of what I would ordinarily spend. When everything works, online buying is fantastic; unfortunately, when something goes wrong, there doesn't appear to be anyone ready to intervene. Woolworths has to work on its customer service.
