Complaint About Withdrawal Not Received
On 28 September 2026 I requested a withdrawal from the Wooden Star earning game app in the total amount of 240,000 Rs. According to the app’s history screen, there are two separate withdrawal transactions, one for 90,000 Rs dated 28 September 2026 and another for 150,000 Rs dated 1 October 2026, both marked as “Success” and shown as sent via Easypaisa. Despite this, the money has not been credited to my Easypaisa account. I have not received any payment for these withdrawals and there is a clear discrepancy between what the Wooden Star app shows and what actually reached my account. I want the relevant team to urgently review these two withdrawal transactions and either immediately pay the total amount of 240,000 Rs to my Easypaisa account or clearly explain where my money went and resolve this issue without any further delay.
