Wise Card Lost, No Support, and a Demand for More Money
I arrived in Budapest, Hungary, on February 1st for my Erasmus exchange program. I immediately opened a Wise account and placed an order for a physical card. However, despite sending nearly 10 emails, I've yet to receive my card after 3 months.
To add insult to injury, Wise is now demanding a 1400 forint fee for a replacement card. This is unacceptable! I've already paid for the initial card, and I still haven't received it.
Furthermore, I'm unable to reach anyone at Wise customer support. Their services are utterly useless!
