Wingie Not Responding to Flyadeal Flight Change or Refund Request

I bought a Flyadeal domestic flight ticket from Jeddah to Riyadh for 20 September through the Wingie travel app around 13 September. Due to a change of plans, I now need to either change the date of this flight or cancel it. I contacted Wingie customer service through the app to request a date change or, if that is not possible, a refund for this booking, but I did not receive any response. This lack of support is causing me a lot of inconvenience because the flight date is very near and I need clarity about my options. I kindly request that my booking with code M3J67Y either be changed to another suitable date without extra penalty, or that my ticket be refunded if a change is not possible, and that I receive a clear and timely answer to my request.
