Wingie Customer Service Treated Me Rudely and Ignored My Ticket Issue
Wingie customer service is extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacking any sense of responsibility. I contacted them about a ticket change and the repeated emails I receive every day, but the response I got was: “You can turn off notifications in your own system.” I asked politely at first, yet their reply was shocking. When I directly requested that they stop sending the emails, they said, “We don’t have access to your application.” When I asked who does, they gave no answer. I reminded them that it is not their role to instruct me but to resolve the issue since I am the customer, yet they didn’t seem to understand this. They repeated the same answer: “We don’t have access to your application.” I had already asked who could access it, but they ignored the question. Finally, they abruptly ended the conversation by saying, “You will be contacted through your number.” This approach reflects a service mentality that is unprofessional and avoids responsibility. If this is how they handle a basic support request, it raises serious concerns about how they would deal with more critical issues.
