I Paid for an EgyptAir Ticket Through Wingie but It Does Not Exist in the Airline System
I booked a flight ticket through Wingie for travel with EgyptAir on 27 July, under the reservation number 0775461392768. Despite the booking being completed and my payment taken, the ticket is not appearing at all in EgyptAir’s system, which prevents me from using the service I paid for. I contacted customer service about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved so far and I still do not have a valid, visible ticket in EgyptAir’s system. I request that Wenjy urgently issue my EgyptAir ticket correctly so that it shows in the airline’s system, and send me the proper invoice and ticket details without any additional cost or delay.
