Windsor 9000 BTU Air Conditioner Makes Excessive Noise Despite 3 Repair Attempts

For a long time, my Windsor 9000 BTU air conditioner's outdoor unit was making excessive noise. Authorized technicians visited three separate times and replaced parts on the outdoor unit, but the noise issue was not resolved at all; in fact, the indoor unit has now started making noise as well. I can no longer use my AC at all.

In the middle of summer, I have been left stranded for about 10 days without being able to use my air conditioner. Neither the service center nor corporate headquarters is taking ownership of the situation. Despite calling headquarters multiple times, my calls are never returned, leaving me completely neglected and ignored.

My service record number regarding this product is 8119905707. I recall purchasing the AC via Hepsiburada, and I use the product in my home located in the Pınartepe neighborhood of Büyükçekmece, Istanbul.

Because the issue remains unresolved despite so many service visits, I definitely do not recommend the Windsor/Vestel brand. I demand that my air conditioner's outdoor unit—and if necessary, the indoor unit as well—be replaced with a brand-new, defect-free product, or that a permanent solution including a full refund be provided, along with an urgent follow-up.
