Whiteout Survival Arena Tokens Spent but Chest Not Received

In the Whiteout Survival game, I attempted to purchase a special mythic hero equipment chest by spending 12,000 Arena tokens. On January 21, 2026, after completing this transaction, my tokens were deducted from my account, but the chest was never added to my inventory. In other words, my tokens are gone, and I did not receive the item.

I spent approximately 22–23 days earning these Arena tokens. Because of this issue, I not only lost significant time and effort but also my trust in the game has been seriously affected.

I contacted in-game support a total of 7 times regarding this issue. Despite waiting hours for responses, I keep receiving generic replies suggesting that I may be confusing this with another chest, and no clear or concrete solution has been provided.

I am fully aware of which item I intended to purchase, and it is स्पष्ट that the chest was not delivered after the transaction. Therefore, I request that Century Games Pte. Ltd. and the Whiteout Survival team immediately credit the special mythic hero equipment chest to my account corresponding to the 12,000 Arena tokens I spent.
