I Lost My Whiteout Survival Alliance to a Random Player After One Week Offline

I’ve spent months building and managing my alliance in Whiteout Survival, dedicating serious effort to leading and organizing everything. But because I had to step away from the game for just one week due to work-related obligations, my alliance leadership was automatically transferred to a random player—someone who put in zero effort and is now mocking me for losing what I built.
This isn’t just frustrating—it’s a complete slap in the face to any loyal player who’s poured their time into this game. There was no warning, no system to reclaim leadership, and when I reached out to customer support, they just let it slide like it didn’t matter.
How is it fair that someone who did absolutely nothing can just take control of everything I worked for? I’m not just upset—I feel deeply disrespected. Support has done nothing, and this silence only adds insult to injury. My time, my commitment, my alliance—all dismissed.
