I’ve been trying to delete my Whiteout Survival account, but it feels impossible. The customer support is painfully slow, unhelpful, and instead of guiding users, they bombard you with irrelevant and complicated questions designed to stall the process. It honestly seems like they are doing everything they can to avoid letting users delete their accounts—as if they’re deliberately trying to wear you down.
After I requested account deletion, they sent me a long form asking bizarre things like, “When did you first install the game?” or “What was the date of your first in-app purchase?” Who remembers these things, especially if the old Google or Play Game accounts were already deleted? We even removed the associated Gmail and other linked accounts, and now we can't access any of that info—even screenshots from the bank are blocked due to privacy protection.
