I use my WhatsApp account only for personal communication with my family and friends. On an average day, I share around 20 status updates. These posts include news, technology, science, economics, and occasional humor—general content that is also publicly available on platforms like Instagram. All of my posts are for personal expression only; I do not engage in any commercial activity. Additionally, the work-related groups I am part of are important for my daily professional communication.
I have never sent spam messages, bulk messages, or unsolicited content. I do not use any automated systems, bots, or modified/third-party versions of WhatsApp. All of my status updates are posted manually. I do not believe I have engaged in any behavior that violates WhatsApp’s Terms of Service, and I use the status feature strictly within the app’s normal functionality.
After my account was suspended, I contacted WhatsApp Support both via email and through the in-app support option, but I have not received any response so far. I have been unable to access my WhatsApp account for about one day, and this has seriously disrupted my communication with both my loved ones and my professional network.
I respectfully request that the reason for my account suspension be clearly explained, that the case be reviewed again by a human moderator, and that—if no violation is found—access to my WhatsApp account be restored as soon as possible.
